With light skin contact and further aging in Amphora (traditional clay vessel). Amy has created an electric. genre-defying wine. toeing the line between white and orange. There’s lots to love here: the wine is salty and textural. with a phenolic drive that leaps from the glass. There are notes of fresh stonefruit followed by bracing citrusy acidity.
Excellent on its own or pair with fresh seafood and tapas.
