Tasting note
A rich. textural Chardonnay with intensity of flavour. structure and balance of oak.
Vinification
The fruit was hand harvested. wild-fermented in small and large format French oak (approx. 5% new) to achieve a balance of texture and taste. Full malolactic fermentation. the wine was aged on gross lees for 12 months prior to being bottled unfiltered and unfined.
