Not to be confused with Amy’s lighter. whiter – released earlier in the year – this is firmly in the orange / skin-contact wine camp.
More concentrated and phenolic than the Amphora. there’s plenty to enjoy here – fresh and dried apricot. sticky marmalade. citrus zest. guava and spice.
We’re loving this one – a really stunning take on a beloved Spanish grape. Complex and rich. while retaining Amoise’s signature fresh and lively finish. this is great on its own or paired with oysters. fish. or even pork belly.
